<p>Cake Ingredients:<br />
2 cups granulated sugar<br />
2 cups all-purpose flour<br />
2 eggs<br />
1/2 tsp baking soda<br />
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice<br />
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans</p>
<p>Frosting Ingredients:<br />
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar<br />
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine, softened<br />
8 ounces cream cheese, softened<br />
Chopped walnuts or pecans for topping</p>
<p>Preparation Instructions<br />
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. For the cake, grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix the granulated sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, and pineapple with juice in a mixing bowl. Add the nuts and our into the prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes.<br />
For the frosting, mix the brown sugar, margarine, and cream cheese in a bowl. Spead on the cake while it is hot. Sprinkle with nuts as desired.</p>

MEATBALLS
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

SAUCE
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tsp dried dill<br />
1/2 tsp salt<br />
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg<br />
3/4 cup sour cream at room temperature</p>
<p>1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.</p>
<p>2.  Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into 1-inch balls.  Place on the rack of a broiler pan.  Bake until brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.  </p>
<p>3.  Meanwhile, melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat.  Gradually stir in flour, cooking and stirring until bubbly.  Add broth, dill, salt and nutmeg.  Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.  Pour sauce over meatballs and serve.</p>
<p>TIPS:  Serve over rice or pasta with your favorite steamed veggies for a delicious meal!</p>
